How NEGRATA LTD handles personal data on negrata.net.

1. Who we are

The data controller is NEGRATA LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE450315) with its registered office at Stratigou Papagou 11, 3091 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: contactus@negrata.net.

2. What data we collect

  • Emails you send us: your name and email address, the content of your message and anything else you choose to share.
  • Technical server logs: IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type. These are kept by our hosting provider.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and this website has no forms that collect data.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and communicate with you, as steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or in our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives your data

  • Namecheap, Inc., which provides our website hosting and email service and processes data on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers (for example legal or accounting) where needed, and public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Our hosting provider, Namecheap, Inc., is based in the United States and the website is hosted in a data center in the United States. Data processed there, such as server logs and emails, is therefore transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the safeguards available under the GDPR, where applicable.

6. How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires longer retention. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention practice.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to contactus@negrata.net.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).

9. External links and the news feed

This website shows headlines and links from third-party sources. Our server retrieves the feed, not your browser. When you click a link you leave this website and the third party's own terms and privacy practices apply.
